What the service is
Carucate provides published aggregate market evidence. It is not a property portal, valuation, survey, mortgage, legal, financial, planning, flood or insurance service. You remain responsible for professional judgement and any decision you make.
Permitted use
Use public data and authorised account features for lawful research. Do not attempt to derive or expose addresses, individual properties, raw transactions, EPC certificates, protected sectors or personal data. Professional exports and API access remain subject to plan limits and source-attribution requirements.
Availability and beta status
Beta features may change, be withdrawn or contain unavailable source-geography sections. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
